Our chef's offer is varied, including pasta, meat and fish dishes. The culinary tradition of Caorle is revived with a strong sense of tradition, not forgetting the fishing origins of the town. The Veneto tradition in general is also present, with dishes that recall the authenticity of the countryside, the dedication and love in the preparation of what the land offers.
